Fr. Agnel Balbhawan, Gr. Noida reserves the right to cancel or suspend the online donation services at any time without prior notice or liability to you and may substitute alternative services, which may or may not be interactive or transactional in nature.

The credit card information supplied when using this service is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to the school. The only information supplied to the school is the name of the donor, the transaction ID, and the amount of the donation. It is the donor's responsibility to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields is correct. We recommend you retain a copy of the transaction for record-keeping purposes and to assist with resolving any disputes that may arise from using this service.

Your donation will normally reach the Fr. Agnel Balbhawan, Gr. Noida account within two working days.

In the case of any failed transactions processed through this service, any applicable transaction failure charges will be charged by the Participating Banks and are the donor’s responsibility.

Fr. Agnel Balbhawan, Gr. Noida will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction,
• Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and your "Bank/s",
• Payment issues arising out of the transaction,
• Decline of transaction for any other reason.

The following payment methods are accepted for donations

• Visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards or Net banking.

Fr. Agnel Balbhawan, Gr. Noida does not charge any processing fees or service charges for online donations. However, donors will bear any charges imposed by the payment gateway service provider.

Refund Policy

In case of errors during the online donation process, refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

• If the payment is debited and the internet goes down due to external server malfunction or similar issues.
• If the system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.
• If payment is debited twice due to server error.
